Well had my interview i think it went well so hopefully i get it, she was just asking simple question like where would i like to see my self in 5 years and what would i do on the shop floor if i was running it, i just told her all the jobs that managers do and what i think could be improved and how i would improve it. i find out in three days so hopefully, fingers crossed.

Theres a full time job going at work so im going to apply for it, ive got a interview with Miriam tomorrow i hope i get its cause its a senior sales role which means ill have more responsibilty and les people telling me what to do.
its so hot in the store the air con has broken its horrible..its like a greenhouse literaly, upstairs on menswear its traping the air ,we have a few fans but they are just recycling the hot air and making worse..i can stand any more im barely wearing anything for work, i dont care what they say though its to hot to argue..
anyway wish me luck.
